SOLD Design Lab Astor Place Baby Bell Anklet

I love branching out and trying new denim designers.  These jeans are SOLD Design Lab’s Astor Place Anklet.  The first time I ever tried on a pair of SOLD Denim, I was a little skeptical about their concept of the pull on jean.  Their jeans have no zipper fly. They have a faux fly and faux front pockets.  The front button comes undone, but that is the only opening to the pants, making it a little tight squeezing into them.  But once they’re on, I have to say, they fit like a glove.  There’s something about the material of SOLD Design Lab’s jeans that is very stretchy and comfortable.  These Astor Place Anklet jeans are no different.  The fit on these jeans is nice and fitted, but not too tight where you feel like you can’t move or breathe.  They’re fitted all along the thighs and calves, but it begins to break 18 inches down the inseam of the leg to a bell opening.  The leg opening is 15 inches with a 25 inch inseam.  The cut on these jeans is interesting because they’re like a cropped version of a bell bottom/flare jean.

There is a lot of stretch to these jeans.  Made of 80% cotton, 19% polyester, and 1% spandex, they are super comfortable.  They allow enough stretch, enabling you to pull the jeans on.  But the material doesn’t stretch out too much with wear.  The denim isn’t very thick, which is nice for the warmer seasons.  The washing instructions are: machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, no bleach.

The rear pockets are on the smaller side. The right rear pocket has their signature “S” design with a brown leather patch on the rear waistband.  The rise is a little lower at 7 inches. The color is called IM8, which is a very deep dark blue.  There is no fading or distressing to this wash.

The sizing on these is a little tricky.  Rather than the traditional waist sizes, these jeans run from sizes XX Small to X Large.  The breakdown is roughly as follows:  XXS=23/24, XS=24/25, S=26/27, M=28/29, L=30/31, XL=32.  If you’re in between sizes, I’d say to take the smaller size since these have quite a bit of stretch to them.

very cute SOLD anklet. i like that it’s somewhat cropped… however this would be one of those jeans i’d have to try on before purchase since there is no zipper. i am wondering if i can get it over my hips than will the waist part be too big?? but these are really cute! and love the shoes ..again!!!

Thank you, epark. I know what you mean. But these do have a decent amount of stretch. They’re made in a way so that it wouldn’t be a complete struggle getting into the jeans. Although they do have a bit of a tighter squeeze than most jeans with an actual zipper fly, they do stretch a little with wear which makes it easier to get into the jeans after a couple of wears. 🙂

I want to protect some of the original writing on my website & was wondering how to do this…. a)Can I put the Copyright notation on it without revealing my real name? . b)How do I have proof that it is my original work? How about saving the writing in MS Word?. c)Is there any point in copyrighting the articles/website?.
