Goldsign Guitar Super Flare Jeans in Lupin

I’ve mentioned in previous posts that although it seems I favor skinny jeans because of the number of skinny jeans posts that I do, I’m actually a really huge fan of wideleg jeans as well.  What attracted me most to these jeans in particular was the really wide exaggerated leg opening.  These are Goldsign’s Guitar Super Flare Jeans.  There are many little details to these jeans that add so much character to this particular style.  I’ll begin with the burnt orange colored saddle stitching along the belt loops and pockets along with the hand stitch along the rear.  The rear pocket has Goldsign’s embroidered name logo which is simple and subtle but obvious enough to notice.  These are a five pocket style with a zipper front side pocket.  The small side zipper pocket’s fabric strips are a beige color, so the zipper stands out.  There’s also a small patch on the waistband on the right back side.

These are a super wide leg jean with a 26 inch leg opening.  The high rise (9 inches) gives these a very 70’s feel, which I love.  The downside to high rise jeans is that they’re not typically flattering on the backside.  But because of the shape of the rear pockets and how they’re placed, it adds a bit of dimension.  The color is called Lupin which is a medium blue wash with fading throughout in all the right places.  It’s a really nice casual blue shade.  These jeans are made of 98% cotton and 2% elastan, with a small amount of stretch to the material.  They run large, I’d say about one full size large.  And they do stretch a fair amount over time.  So if they feel snug initially, don’t worry because they will stretch with wear.

These have a long inseam of 35 inches.  With the super flare style, they’re meant to be worn long.

Washing instructions are: machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry medium.

Monica Keena was seen looking lovely in these jeans.
