I’ve mentioned in previous posts that I’m a fan of Siwy jeans, and I particularly like their Hannah style. These are another pair of Siwy Hannah jeans. Typically what drives me to a pair of jeans is the fit. If they fit well, I’m usually sold. But I fell in love with these jeans right off the hanger before even trying them on. It was the color that really drew me to them.
So let me begin with the wash. The color name is Ride, which is a dark blue with some light whiskering and fading along the thighs and rear. It has a smoky gray color mixed into the wash which is what really sets these apart from any other dark blue jean. I also really like the tan colored contrast stitching which adds something a little different to the color as well.
These are a classic 5 pocket style. The inseam is 27 ½ inches, which makes these a nice cropped style skinny jean. I decided to roll these up for a different look. I took one size higher in these, although I’d say these run true to size. I was hoping to wear them a little looser for a bit of a more relaxed, boyfriend style fit. Made of 98% cotton and 2% elastan, these have a lot of stretch to them. And the material is very soft and comfortable. I love the comfort on these jeans!
The rear pockets have Siwy’s classic quilted pockets. The backside has less fading than the front. The rise is 7 inches. Leg opening is 10 inches. (Measurements may vary slightly with different sizes.)
Washing instructions are: machine wash in cold with like colors, tumble dry medium, warm iron if necessary.
