Goldsign Virtual High Rise Skinny Jeans in Wendy

It’s been a while since we’ve posted a review for Goldsign jeans.  It’s certainly not out of disinterest.  I actually am a really big fan of their jeans.  These are Goldsign Virtual High Rise Skinny Jeans.

I have to start out by talking about the material because it’s not like any denim I have ever felt.  I actually thought they were velour jeans until I took a closer look.  They are so unbelievably soft and plush.  I never think of plush when thinking of denim.  But these truly feel like velour.  They’re made of 97% cotton and 3% spandex, and they are literally the coziest denim I have ever worn.   They have a lot of stretch and run true to size, although they stretch out slightly with some wear.

The cut on these is super flattering as well.  They’re skinny jeans and very body hugging, but they’re not overly constricting.  Because of the soft material, they’re comfortable no matter what the cut.  The waist band is very forgiving and has a lot of elasticity.  I also really like the cropped length on these, which have a 27 ¾ inch inseam length (I cuffed it once to give it a more cropped length).

The color is called Wendy, which is a heather grey color.  There’s fading along the knees, thighs, and rear with whiskering along the front to give some dimension.  I like that the wash is not your typical blue jean.  And they’re versatile enough to take from day to evening.

These are a 5 pocket classic style.  The front button has “GOLDSIGN” engraved on the pewter colored button.  The rear pockets are shaped in a way to give dimension to the rear which is very flattering.  The rise is at a comfortable 9 ¾ inches, giving these a higher rise.  I’ve come to appreciate higher rises, as they tend to elongate the legs.  The leg opening is 10 ½ inches.  (Keep in mind that measurements may vary slightly with different sizes.)

Washing instructions are:  wash in cold, tumble dry low, use medium iron.
