When I was in my early twenties, I recall someone telling me that when you start getting older your eye will gravitate more to bright, bold colors.  Back then, I was into mainly black, grays, and other more neutral colors.  Well, there’s something to be said about what he told me because now I’m really enjoying seeing all the color this season.  These jeans in particular really caught my eye because of the color.  Today’s review is on AG Adriano Goldschmied Legging Ankle Jeans in Pin Dot Red.

The wash is called Pin Dot Red, although I wouldn’t consider this color red at all.  I’d describe it more of a coral.  It’s such a pretty color, and it blends right in with all of the coral pieces you see everywhere these days.  There are tiny little polka dots throughout.  At first glance, the polka dots look white. But if you look really closely, they’re faded and the coral background blends in, making the polka dots look slightly pink.  The color on these jeans is so cute.  It’s so bright and happy.

These fit a lot like leggings with the tight fit and stretch.   They have a tremendous amount of stretch, made of 55% cotton, 42% tencel, and 3% pu.  And they’re light weight, so they can easily be worn through the summer.  I’d say they run true to size, but they fit very comfortably because of the amount of elasticity in the material.  They’re tight throughout the thighs and calves with a 10 inch leg opening.  And they hit at the ankle with a 28 inseam (hence the “legging ankle” name).  The rise is cut a little lower with a 7 inch rise.  They’re a classic 5 pocket style with AG’s signature leather patch logo on the right rear waistband.

Washing instructions are:  machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, do not bleach.

Taylor Swift was seen in AG Adriano Goldschmied Ankle Legging in Pin Dot Black.
